At the intersection of HubSpot’s inbound marketing approach and my belief that social is most certainly making the world a better place is the concept of human business.
Social media and digital marketing in general is forcing businesses to be more open, more transparent, and more responsive. It is forcing more businesses to be human.
If you’re just doing social media you’re doing it wrong. You need human marketing. You need to be a human business.
